In case the event has to be canceled due to authorities’ intervention (based on Covid 19 special legislation) prior to its start, the ticket price will be refunded to the buyer.
The buyer can also rebook for another, equivalent event without any rebooking fees.
In case of cancellation ticket holder are required to send a copy of their ticket(s) as well as the payment confirmation / return details (account holder, IBAN / BIC) to office@rosenburg.at.
Refunds can be requested up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
